About
Founded in 2002, STRUT dance is located in the King Street Arts Centre, in the centre of Perth. STRUT represents more than 50 independent dance artists.
STRUT offers support to artists so that they can create and produce their own work. The flexibility of artistic direction and breadth of membership allows STRUT to support emerging and established dancers and choreographers who work across a range of contemporary dance practices.
STRUT initiates a program of choreographic activities including creative residencies, international exchanges, studio showings and in-theatre seasons, regular training and workshops, administrative, production and publicity support.
