Marion Cultural Centre

The Marion Cultural Centre is a glowing jewel in South Australia’s architectural landscape, winning prestigious awards for its uniqueness and environmentally friendly design and function.

The centre has provided full facilities for national and international author presentations. The list of superb authors to attend the Cultural Centre has included, Jodi Picoult, Penny Vincenzi, Alexander McCall Smith, Australian authors Peter Brock, Sue Pieters-Hawke, and John Marsden. Housed within the Centre, Gallery M is an A class gallery that has different exhibitions throughout the year, showcasing local and national artists, in different mediums.

The Gallery is climate controlled with multifunctional lighting and approximately 66 linear meters of hanging space, providing plenty of space for the display and sale of artwork. All forms of entertainment can and has been provided through our Domain Theatre. Cabarets, plays, dance recitals, and orchestral performances have all successfully established the Marion Cultural Centre as a leader in the artistic field in Adelaide.
