Geelong Performing Arts Centre (GPAC) was built on the enthusiasm and commitment of the Greater Geelong community with the need for a high quality facility for the benefit of our artists and audiences.

A beloved centre, GPAC can be found in the heart of Geelong’s cultural precinct providing the absolute best of entertainment to delight and inspire audiences across the Barwon region.

Showcasing local talent and popular stars from around Australia, GPAC hosts an array of musicals, plays, dance (contemporary and the classics), comedy, festivals, community events and workshops.

GPAC operates a number of venues from the 750 seater proscenium arch Playhouse Theatre to the more intimate surrounds of the Blakiston Theatre with a capacity of 325. If a larger audience is what you need then the Deakin Waterfront, Costa Hall with seating for 1500 is the perfect venue for concert style entertainment.
