The Clocktower Centre is a state-of-the-art facility owned and operated by the City of Moonee Valley. The Centre consists of:

• 503-seat proscenium arch theatre with full fly facilities and computerised lighting, audio and ticketing systems (including 24 hour on-line internet ticketing).
• Pascoe Room (300 seat function room able to be divided into two areas)
• Balcony Room (100-seat function room able to be divided into two areas)
• The Studio (rehearsal and meeting room)
• Clocktower Cafe
  
  The facilities are suitable for a wide range of events including presentations, civic ceremonies, community and school productions, speech nights and full professional productions requiring sophisticated staging facilities.

The Clocktower Centre, built to access for all principles, has a wide variety of facilities for people with disabilities.
